Driven by a passion for helping others and developing meaningful relationships, Fabiano has been helping clients in Northern Virginia pursue their long-term financial objectives with confidence for two decades.

Fabiano entered the industry in 2001. He founded The Retirement Solution in 2015 because he wanted to be unencumbered by the proprietary products and sales quotas associated with captive firms.

As an independent financial representative, Fabiano works with all major insurance carriers and aims to construct superior portfolios by researching and selecting investment vehicles and insurance products that best meet the unique needs of his clients. He considers his clients friends and is committed to simplifying issues for them through information and education.

Fabiano has passed his Series 66 securities exam and holds insurance licenses in life, health and annuities. He graduated from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and earned his master’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from Esade in Barcelona, Spain.

A resident of Warrenton, Virginia, Fabiano has lived in the area for more than 30 years. He loves spending time with his wife, watching his kids play in their volleyball and soccer tournaments, firing up the grill and enjoying a glass of wine with friends on the weekend, skiing and playing golf and tennis.

A native Brazilian, Fabiano also enjoys traveling. His hometown is Rio de Janeiro, and he also has lived in Barcelona, New York and Washington, D.C.
